Hair Extensions Return and Refund Policy

1. You can cancel your order within 24 hours and the refund will be processed the same way as you make the payment. Payment will be back to your account within 3-7 working days depending on your bank. 
2. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore. If you need help, please contact customer service at email: marshell@crownroyaltyhair.com

Instructions for Return:

1. All items must be returned in its original condition meaning (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags and nets attached with the original packaging), Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
2. In order to be eligible for a return, the order needs to be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt of the hair. A refund can only be processed once we get the return, if the hair is in its original condition. Express shipping fee will NOT be refunded if we use the express shipping to ship out the hair, because we have already paid the money to the express shipping carrier.
3. For any custom-made orders there are no cancellations, no returns and no refunds. Sale is final! 
4. Damaged items are ineligible for return.
